Calendar & Office Hour Schedule
Accelerated Childhood Education works on a full calendar year. The ACE office is available on a seven-day basis, twelve months a year. Directors and Supervisors will make themselves available and will respond promptly to parents and/or family calls.
Supervisors for ABA programs also make themselves available to parents
on an as-needed basis
Teachers are encouraged to perform make-ups in a timely fashion in accordance with both parents and staff schedules. Teachers are
required to call both the ACE office and the family as soon as they are aware of any problem which will result in a late or missed
session. Parents and family are asked to promptly call the teacher/therapist and ACE office if they need to cancel a therapy
session.
